What's the difference between Baiyun motherboard and Jinyun motherboard

Mica board is an insulating board made of mica paper to screen mica ore. Mica paper and organic silica gel are used for sizing and high temperature hot pressing.

Mica board on the market is generally divided into white and gold. But what's the difference between two mica plates of different colors? What should be paid attention to when purchasing and using?

The heat resistance of muscovite and phlogopite depends on their expansion. With the increase of heating temperature, water (crystal water loss) is produced, and the water expands in the direction perpendicular to the mica analysis plane. Generally, when Muscovite is heated to 500-600, the shadow expansion is not obvious. When Muscovite is heated to 800-880, the expansion thickness is 400% - 750%. However, the thermal expansion of light phlogopite occurs only when it is heated to more than 1000, which indicates that phlogopite can be used at 90-1000, but it will lose its transparency and its mechanical properties will be reduced.

1. Electrical properties of mica. Mica is layered crystal structure, so it has anisotropy as layered insulation products. In the vertical direction of the analysis plane, the volume resistivity of Muscovite is 1014-1015gcm, that of phlogopite is 1013-1014gcm-2, and that of Muscovite is only 108-109gcm-2; Phlogopite 107 ~ 108gcm. The dielectric strength of mica decreases with the increase of temperature

2. Thermal properties of mica. Mica has high heat resistance, but when the temperature rises to a certain value, mica loses crystal water. If the temperature continues to rise, mica will undergo thermochemical decomposition.

3. Chemical properties of mica. Mica has good chemical stability, especially muscovite. Alkali has little effect on Muscovite, but Muscovite can cause weak positive reaction when it meets with water, but has no reaction to hydrochloric acid. Diorite will have strong alkaline reaction when it meets with water, and it will increase with the increase of acid concentration when it meets with hydrochloric acid.
