Rigid white mica sheet, also known as rigid muscovite mica sheet or mica plate, is plate-shaped insulating material. It is made of mica paper. The mica paper is made from high-quality mica ore raw materials with high-performance adhesive and pressed by high pressure at high temperature. Our heat-resistant rigid muscovite sheet has excellent heat resistance, flame resistance and electrical insulation, uniform thickness, good electrical properties and mechanical strength. It is a new type of electric thermal insulation material, widely used as skeleton of electrical products and electric heating equipment such as hair dryers, toasters, electric irons, fan heaters, rice cookers, ovens, heaters, microwave ovens, plastic heating ring and etc.

1.The long-term working temperature of muscovite mica sheet is 500 ℃.

2.The most commonly used mica sheet thickness is between 0.1-2.0mm.

3.Generally divided into hard sheet and soft sheet, the biggest difference between them is that hard sheet cannot be bent, while soft sheet can be bent into cylinder.

4.Excellent heat-resistant, fire-resistant and electrical insulation properties.

5.The thickness is uniform; the common thickness is 0.1~2.00mm
