Muscovite mica tube is rigid tubular insulating material which is made of high-quality muscovite paper or phlogopite paper with silicone adhesive. It has excellent electrical insulating performance and high mechanical strength. It is ideal for being the isolating parts of electrode bar and lead-out bushing in various equipment including electrical appliances, electrical machinery, electrical furnace and etc.Due to its properties of thick wall, easily controlled ovality, uniform discharge, unbreakable and etc, the mica tube is ideal substitute for ceramic tubes. Muscovite mica tube can normally withstand 500 ℃, while phlogopite tube can normally withstand 800 ℃.Length range: 3-1,000mm. The inner diameter range: 3-300mm.We can process products into special specification depending on customized needs and drawing.
